Hence I am writing this letter to you Sir for your help.It’s good that action was taken in the murder of a student in Ryon School Gurgaon But in my case very unfortunately the Honorable high court in Lucknow disposed my petition even without looking at the postmortem report and Postmortem analysis for the last two years but ordered the same police a few days back to complete the further investigation within a month as ordered by the Hon.ble CJM,Lucknow(Lower Court). Shockingly even after Hon.ble CJM (Lower Court, Lucknow) rejected the closure report filed by the police and ordered for further investigation The police did nothing till now.
Sir, I have been trying my best towards Justice for the last two years but due to the involvement of high profile officials of the School &the Police who are desperately and deliberately hush up and dump the case as Suicide despite there are plenty of facts to prove that my son was murdered inside the school. Sir, I have written to many political leaders including you earlier but without any results. My son was murdered by unknown senior students inside the school but the School Principal stated that he had fallen from the top of the building just to protect the interest and popularity of the school. Shockingly he was found dead inside the school within 3 hours after reaching the school inside the premises of La Martiniere Boys School, Lucknow.
